WEngage and Yource Group join forces

Kortrijk, October 15, 2026 – WEngage and Yource Group are joining forces to create an evenstronger customer services group in the Benelux, with a solid presence in Belgium, theNetherlands and other international markets. The completion of the transaction remains subjectto approval by the relevant authorities. The customer contact industry has been under increasing pressure for years due to technological
change, the rise of artificial intelligence and a market that is becoming ever more international. To
remain competitive, many players have been compelled to expand their operations beyond their
domestic markets. This evolution has had a significant impact on WEngage, affecting both the
company’s performance and employment levels in Belgium.
To better position WEngage for the future, a comprehensive transformation programme was
launched over recent years. This transformation has placed the company back on a more stable
footing and established a strong foundation for its next phase of growth. Throughout this process,
one objective remained central: safeguarding the company’s continuity, protecting the interests of
customers and employees, and preparing WEngage for a sustainable future.
Christian Dumolin, Chairman of WEngage International and Koramic Investments, commented: “The
past few years have demanded a great deal from both our employees and management team. I
would like to sincerely thank our customers for their continued trust, as well as CEO Marco Croon and
the entire WEngage team for their resilience, flexibility and commitment. Thanks to their efforts,
WEngage has emerged stronger and is now ready to take this important next step. Together with
Yource, we look forward to shaping the future of customer contact services in the Benelux.”
WEngage will continue its operations as a separate entity within Yource Group: one strong
organisation bringing together the expertise, customer relationships and capabilities of both
WEngage and Yource. The two organisations will work closely together to realise significant synergies
across support functions, technology, administration, knowledge sharing and business development.
Continuity for employees and customers remains top priority
The current shareholders will remain involved, while the leadership of Yource Group will continue to
be entrusted to its existing Executive Board under the leadership of CEO Bob Mols. The Executive
Board will be strengthened by the appointment of Marco Croon, currently CEO of WEngage.
This appointment ensures that WEngage’s interests and expertise remain fully represented, while
maintaining a dedicated focus on Belgian customers and the company’s operations in Morocco and
Türkiye. Marco Croon will also join the Board of Yource Group (referred to in the Netherlands as the
Supervisory Board).
Marco Croon: “Throughout our transformation journey, we successfully safeguarded continuity for
both our customers and employees while reinforcing confidence in WEngage. In Yource, we have
found a strong partner with whom we can continue building a leading customer contact organisation
across the Benelux and beyond. I am excited to work alongside Yource to continue earning our
customers’ trust through the combined strengths and expertise of WEngage and Yource.”
